Title:
TRIGGER-TYPE LIQUID DISPENSER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10249252
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To surely prevent a nozzle connecting member from being disconnected with an injection cylinder by molding the nozzle connecting member of polypropylene, then installing plural spacers in a cylindrical direction from the outer face of a rear semicylindrical part in such a manner that the spacers jut out, and bringing the tip face of the gap holding plates into contact with the inner face of a cover wall to be ultrasonically welded together.

The body 1 of the trigger-type liquid dispenser has a cylinder 3 extending from the intermediate part of a vertical cylinder 2 and also an injection cylinder 4 extending from the upper end part, and further, has a cover wall 5 wrapping the upper face, the right/left lateral faces and the rear face of the body 1. In addition, a mounting cylinder 7 is suspended from the lower end of the body 1 of the dispenser, and a nozzle 9 is watertightly fitted into the front end of the injection cylinder 4 through a nozzle connecting member 8. In this case, the nozzle connecting member 8 is molded of polypropylene and spacers 22 are installed protruding long in the cylindrical direction fro the outer face of a rear semicylindrical part 21 to be fitted into the front outer face of the injection cylinder 4. Further, the tip faces of the spacers 22 are brought into contact with the inter face part of the cover wall 5 and the spots of the contact part are ultrasonically welded to integrate the plates 22 and the cover wall 5 into a single form.
