Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce a vibration stress so as to enhance vibration resistance of a triple pin bucket by forming recesses facing to each other at the end surfaces of shrouds adjacent to each other, and inserting a connecting piece into the recesses facing to each other. CONSTITUTION:Three blades 3 are formed integrally with a shroud 2 and a root 4 of a bucket, to be fixed to a disk 6 by three pins 5. Recesses 2a are formed at both ends of the shroud 2 in such a manner that a vibration response of the bucket becomes small even if a width of a vibration frequency is large. A connecting piece is inserted into the recesses 2a facing to each other of the adjacent shrouds 2. The bucket is planted in the disk 6 with two or three triple pin buckets loosely engaged with each other in combination, and the roots 4 of the buckets are fixed by the pins 5. Consequently, it is possible to provide a vibration characteristic as buckets consisting of six or nine blades, and to reduce a vibration stress of a stem turbine at a partial load on a speed regulating stage.
