Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a tripper capable of performing an operation of retraction using an electric cylinder to avoid interference with a stacker (or stacker reclaimer) while being coupled to the stacker.SOLUTION: A tripper comprises a carriage capable of traveling along a ground conveyor, an inclined frame that lifts a conveyor belt of the ground conveyor, the inclined frame having a chute on its upper end and a free wheel on its lower end, and a lifting mechanism that lifts the upper end of the inclined frame with respect to the carriage. The lifting mechanism has an arm and an electric cylinder, a base end of the arm is pivotably coupled to the carriage about a pivot axis orthogonal to a traveling direction of the carriage and a tip of the arm is pivotably coupled between the upper end and the lower end of the inclined frame about a support axis parallel to the pivot axis, and the electric cylinder causes the arm to pivot about the pivot axis of the arm.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
