PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate work of putting articles to wash into a washing machine from a basket and removing the articles washed to the basket from the washing machine. SOLUTION: A trolley 1 is comprised of a top plate 2, a bottom plate 3, and side plates 4, and has a storage space 5 for a basket 10 between the top plate 2 and the bottom plate 3, and casters 6 are provided at the bottom plate 3. When the basket 10 is stored in the storage space 5, a sufficient clearance is formed between the opening 5a of the storage space 5 and the basket 10. During washing, by placing the basket 10 on the top plate 2, the work of putting articles to wash in the basket 10 into a washing machine S and the work of removing articles washed from the washing machine S to the basket 10 can be performed without necessitating the bending of the waist. When washing is not executed, by storing the basket 10 in the storage space 5 of the trolley 1, its appearance is protected from damage. As the trolley has a clearance between the basket 10 and the opening 5a of the storage space 5, the washing can be put into the basket 10 without drawing out the basket 10.
