To provide a long-acting inhaled anticholinergic agent with no possibility of the following side effect because it is known that a conventional anticholinergic agent for inhalation administration is antagonistic to muscarinic receptor in the airway smooth muscle and further migrates from airway to blood, and as a result, it is concerned that there is a possibility that dysuria is aggravated by prostatic hyperplasia via blood.
The compound represented by the general formula (I) (wherein all symbols represent specific meanings), a salt thereof or a solvate thereof exerts an effect in a target region, is inactivated rapidly and is excellent in long-acting property, therefore, it is useful as a preventive and/or therapeutic agent for a muscarinic receptor-mediated disease with fewer side effects.
