To save the power required for a series of operations and to enhance safety by mounting a drive-equipped truck on a track in such a way that it freely travels, mounting on the truck a first derrick frame that is hoisted by a hydraulic jack by a specified angle, and holding a building member along its horizontal and vertical directions by means of a holding device, the building member being mounted on a second derrick frame that is coaxial with the first derrick frame and hoisted further by a predetermined angle by another hydraulic jack.
A shaft 7 is provided on the top of a lower frame 1 and parallel to the direction of travel of the lower frame 1. A first derrick frame 8 rotating the shaft 7 and a first hydraulic jack 9 for hoisting the first derrick frame 8 by 45° are placed on both sides of the lower frame 1. A second inverted L-shaped derrick frame 10 which rotates coaxial with a pivot at the first end of the shaft 7 is provided, and a second hydraulic jack for hoisting the second derrick frame 10 is provided at the center of the lower side of the second derrick frame 10. The second derrick frame 10 is provided with a holding device (c) which holds the derrick frame 10 along its horizontal and vertical directions.
