A front wall and right and left side walls of a lower consist of a width-thick portion 31 of a substantially lower half portion and a width-thin portion 32 of a substantially upper half portion. A first inclined surface 33 is formed on upper end faces of the front wall and the right and left side walls of the lower split box body 3, and a third inclined surface 42 is formed on a top face of each inner corner part of the upper split box body 4. An upper rubber tube packing is adhered to any one of the first inclined surface 33 and the third inclined surface 42. The first inclined surface 33 is abutted on the third inclined surface 42 via the upper rubber tube packing 5 at the lower limit position of the upper split box body 4.
