Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique capable of efficiently training a trunk by estimating an active mass of a trunk deep muscle which cannot be easily directly measured on the basis of an active mass of a musculus erector spinae.SOLUTION: A trunk training device comprises: a tool body 1; and an electromyograph 2. The tool body 1 comprise: a support body 11 attached to a lumbar part of a user 100; a chest pressing part 12 which rotates to the support body 11, and which can contact with a chest of the user 100; energization means 13 for pressing the chest pressing part 12 to the chest of the user 100; and a pressing force adjustment part 14 for adjusting the pressing force to the chest by the energization means 13. The electromyograph 2 measures the active mass of the musculus erector spinae of the user 100 in a state in which the chest of the user is pressed by the chest pressing part 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
