PURPOSE: To provide a one touch type tube joint by which connecting condition preventing draw-out can be attained only by inserting a tube end into it.

CONSTITUTION: A joint main body 10 is formed with a large diameter part 12 in which a lock ring 11 is mounted from the end part, a tube end inserting part 14 in which the diameter is smaller than the large diameter part 12 and the end part of a tube 13 is inserted as closely as possible, and a small diameter part 16 to form a stopper part 15 by which the end part of the tube 13 is contacted with due to the small diameter and inserting depth is prescribed, by working tubular material, and one part of the tube end inserting part 14 is swelled outward to form a seal material receiving part 17 of annular recessed groove on the inner face. Seal material 18 closely set on the outer face of the tube 13 is fitted into this. The outer end of the large diameter part 12 is squeezed to form the draw-out preventing part 19 of the lock ring 11. The large diameter part 12 is formed with a projecting part 20 projecting inward, and the lock ring 11 is internally fitted in the large diameter part 12 inside this. The lock ring 11 has an inner diameter which can be fitted along the outer face of the tube 13, and constituted of a bite-in ring 22 having an edge part 21 biting-in the tube 13 and made of hard material, and an elastic ring 24.
