Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube pump in which a tube can be easily replaced, and has a small thrust receiving loss and good durability.SOLUTION: A tube pump is equipped with: a tube 8; a first housing 4 which has a storage portion storing the tube 8 along a bottomed-cylindrical inner wall surface; a second housing 9 which covers an opening portion of the storage portion; a rotor portion 10 which rotates about a drive shaft 3 arranged in the storage portion and projected out in a vertical direction at a center position of the bottomed cylindrical shape to a bottom surface of the storage portion; one or more pressurizing members 7 rotatably journaled by the rotor portion 10; and a tube supporting surface 9a provided on either one of the first housing 4 or the second housing 9, and performs pump action by successively pressing the tube with the outer peripheries of the pressurizing members 7 by rotations of the rotor portion 10. Between a housing which does not have the tube supporting surface 9a of the first housing 4 and the second housing 9, and the rotor 10, a thrust ball bearing 11 is provided.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
