Abstract:
To prevent cracking in a groove or a fin during manufacturing.
The ratio (R/δ) of the circular radius R mm of a bottom angular part (2b) of a groove (2) for the bottom width δ mm of the groove (2) is 0.10-0.25, and the ratio (r/δ) of the circular radius r mm at the tip of a fin (3) for the bottom width δ mm of the groove (2) is 0.14-0.20. Thereby, when rolling-machining, tubing materials (copper materials) can easily flow into the groove of a fluted plug.
