Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make a bead part soft to facilitate rim assembling in a tubeless tire filled with a high air pressure so as to cope with the use increase tendency of a 5° tapered rim.
CONSTITUTION: In an assembled body of a tubeless tire filled with a high air pressure and a 5° tapered rim with a high flange, the diameter (a) of an element wire forming the bead wire 3 of the tubeless tire is to be as thin as 0.9-0.7mm so as to increase the number of applied element wires in relation to the required cross section.
