To improve a treatment property by increasing the amount of loading of propellant powder keeping a present combustion property and improving power using a loading container for the powder and present firearms.
There are formed at least two cut ends 1 substantially perpendicularly to an axis center from an outer peripheral surface of a tublar propellant powder with a depth not reaching a small hole 2 (center hole) a bottom of which hole is located at the center, and a non-penetration part 3 comprising propellant powder is formed between the cuts and the bottom 1a. There are two occasions where the two cuts 1 are formed in the same plane or formed axially of the tublar propellant powder A displaced at a predetermined interval. Since a ratio (survival ratio) of the non-penetration part 3 to a whole cross sectional area is improved and hence the amount of loading of the powder is improved.
