To provide a tube-like thermoelectric module that has a simplified shape and is reliable, and a thermoelectric conversion device that has a simplified shape and is reliable when it is used for piping wherein a high-temperature liquid flows and by which a thermoelectric material and an electrode can be easily connected.

The tube-like thermoelectric module is provided with a conductive inner tube, an outer tube and a thermoelectric material formed between the inner and outer tubes. The thermoelectric material uses the tube-like thermoelectric module that is hot-uniaxial-pressed and sintered in an axial direction while the inner and outer tubes are uses as a wall surface, or it uses the tube-like thermoelectric module that is made by melting and coagulating a thermoelectric material powder filled between the inner and outer tubes.
