Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve air permeability and water permeability by knitting a fabric by using multifilament yarn as warp and weft and unifying the fabric and a fiber web.

CONSTITUTION: Warp 14 and weft 15 are formed by multifilaments composed off filaments of thirty denier or less and having the number of twist of 100T/M or less. A fabric 11, in which weight per square meter is 300g/m2 or less, each clearance (a), (b) among warp 14 an weft 15 is 0.5mm or more respectively and the number of texture clearances 16 occupies half or more of the total number of the texture clearances, is formed by both yarn 14, 15. A fiber web 12, weight per square meter of which is 100g/m2 or less and which is composed of fibers of thirty denier or less. The fabric 11 and the fiber web 12 are unified by needle punching, thus forming a tufted primary base fabric 13.
