Abstract:
To provide tumor infiltrating lymphocytes and methods of treatment.SOLUTION: Disclosed herein is a method of treatment, comprising administering to a subject in need thereof: a preparative regimen that comprises administration of at least one immunosuppressant to the subject in an amount sufficient to reduce an immune response in the subject; a pharmaceutical composition that comprises an antifungal agent in an amount sufficient to inhibit a fungal infection in the subject; and a pharmaceutical composition that comprises a plurality of tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs) that comprise a disruption of at least a portion of a cytokine-inducible SH2-containing protein (CISH) gene.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 42
