A tunnel fire hydrant device 10 storing fire extinguishers 38 inside a fire extinguisher door provided in the front face of a casing includes: a fire extinguisher detector outputting a detection signal corresponding to presence/absence of the storage of the fire extinguishers 38; and a wireless tag device 40 installed in a casing position allowing transmission/reception of an electric wave with an external apparatus, and performed with input connection of the fire extinguisher detector. The wireless tag device 40 transmits a response telegram indicating the abnormality when distinguishing the abnormality of the fire extinguisher storage absence when receiving a readout request telegram from a tag readout device 46 mounted in an inspection vehicle 44 traveling inside a tunnel.
