PURPOSE: To provide a turbine blade which can be employed in a turbine operating at medium and high temperatures and which simultaneously has a long life and can be mass-produced easily and a method for manufacturing the same.

CONSTITUTION: This turbine blade has a casting main body made from an alloy based on a dopant-containing gamma-aluminum nitride, a shovel-like blade 1, a foot part 2 and, if appropriate, a cover belt 3. The alloy serves as a structural material of a coarse-grained structure with high tensile strength and long-range stability at the parts of the shovel-like blade 1, while at the foot part 2 and the parts of the cover belt 3, it has a fine-grained structure with higher ductility than that of the material contained in the blade 1.
