Title:
TURBINE BLADE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH03249302
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To improve resistance against thermal stress and suppress damage even under a rapid temperature change by adopting a front edge part made of high-temperature resistant ceramic and a rear edge part made of thermal- stress resistant ceramic, and forming them to be a blade. CONSTITUTION:A turbine static blade is composed of a hollow blade part 1 and a supporting body 2 which vertically fastens and fixes the blade part 1. The blade part 1 is the combination of a front and rear edge parts 3, 4. The front edge part 3 is made of silicon carbide excellent in heat resistance, while the rear edge part 4 is made of silicon nitride which has small linear expansion coefficient and Young's modulus, because remarkable thermal stress is applied thereto. It is therefore possible to resist rapid temperature change, and keep high reliability under a severer condition.
