Abstract:
PURPOSE:To provide a turbine controller which has prescribed speed control gain in a normal range and a prescribed sudden change width range and whose speed control gain is transiently reduced as to a sudden change over a prescribed width to balance the output of a system to a load. CONSTITUTION:When a speed control signal S2 changes slowly, the output of an adder 10 is almost zero and a control valve 6 is regulated by the speed control signal S2. When a trouble or the like occurs in a system and a real speed falls sharply, the control valve 6 is regulated by a speed control signal S2 which is lower than a usual speed control signal S2 and generated by an adder 10 for obtaining the difference between the speed control signal S2 and the output of means 4, a function generator 11 and another adder 12 which generates an output S12 resulting from the subtraction of the output S11 of the function generator 11 from the speed control signal S2.
