To provide a method of forming a component of a turbine engine having an air foil part having a cooling microcircuit capable of making an inspection without requiring much labor.
This manufacturing method of the component of the turbine engine comprises a step of forming a plurality of cooling microcircuits 120 and 120' having at least one passage on exposed inside wall surfaces 20 and 22 of first and second half parts of air foil by separately casting and molding first air foil half parts 12 and 14 of the component of the turbine engine; and also has a step of joining the first air foil half part 12 and the second air foil half part 14 by brazing joining, solid phase diffusion joining and liquid phase diffusion joining, and a step of inspecting the respective cooling microcircuits before butting the first air foil half part against the second air foil half part.
