A cylindrical cylinder part (22) is provided to cover the outer peripheral side of the impeller (21) having a plurality of blades (20), and is provided with an inflow part (25) having a nozzle (4) and an outflow part (26) in the peripheral wall part. A pair of disc-shaped guide parts (23, 24) are mounted to the cylinder part (22) to close openings at both ends and cover both sides of the rotation axial center of the impeller (21). A refrigerant flowed in from the inflow part (25) collides with the blades (20) of the impeller (21) from the nozzle (4), to rotate the impeller (21). Refrigerant passages (27, 28) notched so that outer peripheral parts corresponding to the blades (20) of the impeller (21) penetrate in the impeller rotating axial center direction are provided in both side guide parts (23, 24) in a range from the inflow part (25) to the outflow part (26) of the cylinder part (22).
