Abstract:
PURPOSE:To make it possible to exhibit the effect of equivalent correction of a turbine rotating speed control constant by forcing a specific correction element value determined by the turbine rotating speed act on a variation of rotation speed control, in a turbine rotating speed control device of a drive turbine whose load is characterized in the cube of rotating speed. CONSTITUTION:In a turbine rotating speed control device in which the difference DELTAn between a set target value n3 of a turbine rotating speed setting device 1 and a standardized value n of the measured rotating speed of a turbine rotating speed detector 2 is inputted to a gain correction element calculating device 4, and the result KCDELTAn calculated in this device is inputted to a proportional- integral control device 5 to control the turbine rotating speed, the gain correction element calculating device 4 is formed to output a constant value KCO when the standardized value n is smaller than a previously specified value nCO. Then, in an area where n exceeds nCO, KC=KCO is outputted when n=nCO, and KC=1.0 is outputted when n=1.0. Further, in the area of n=nCO-1, linearly changing KC is outputted on the basis of KC=KCO+(1.0-KCO).(n-nCO)/(1.0-nCO).
