To provide a turbine scroll device for controlling increase of loss caused by a flow-in angle mismatch due to low energy fluid of a boundary layer to grow on a scroll wall surface and to flow in a turbine.
A means for preventing the low energy fluid of the boundary layer to grow on the scroll wall surface from directly flowing in a nozzle or a moving blade inlet side is provided on a boundary layer flow surface continuing to a turbine inlet side of at least shroud wall surface in a scroll inner diameter side to control increase of loss caused by an operation gas flow-in angle mismatch. The prevention means are a vertical wall of a fin or others, a wall surface shape having larger diameter as it gets closer to a turbine inlet side, a shroud wall surface of the turbine moving blade or a passage bypassing to a turbine outlet part.
