Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the residual stress of a joint section by producing a ceramic blade and a ceramic shaft separately, joining them together, at joining a metal shaft to them. CONSTITUTION:A ceramic blade 1 and a ceramic shaft 2 are produced separately and joined together. Next, a metal shaft 3 is joined to the other end face of the ceramic shaft 2. Accordingly, the thermal expansion coefficient of the ceramic shaft 2 can be selected to the middle between those of the blade 1 and the metal shaft 3, thus the residual stress of the joint section can be reduced.
