The turbine surface treatment method of an embodiment has an electrolytic Au plating step of forming an electrolytic Au plating film as an object part to be plated where the corrosion and stress corrosion cracks are liable to be generated in a turbine rotor stud part 2 being a turbine member, and an electroless Au plating step of forming an electroless Au plating film in the plating object part, wherein the electrolytic Au plating film and the electroless Au plating film are stacked in the plating object part to form an Au coating with a thickness of total of 1.1-12 μm.
