To solve such a problem that oil that is not used for work for rotating a turbine rotor is generated and a turbine shaft cannot be efficiently and auxiliary driven because a guard member covering each tip of a plurality of turbine blades does not cover the whole of a plurality of turbine blades (whole of the tips) in a rotation axis direction, in conventional oil assist turbines.
A shroud 16, together with a nozzle 15 jetting oil toward a plurality of turbine blades 6, constituting a sleeve member 14 covers the entire circumference of the plurality of turbine blades 6, and covers the whole of the plurality of turbine blades 6 in a rotation axis direction. Accordingly, when the oil jetted from the plurality of jet holes 18 passes through an oil injection flow path 61, effect of actively preventing oil scattering by a flow toward a radial direction outer side of the turbine blade 6 due to the action of centrifugal force accompanying the rotation of a turbine rotor 4 is obtained.
