Abstract:
To provide a turbine type bidirectional flow measuring instrument not affected by a flow direction and inertia moment in a bidirectional flow.
An angular velocity and an angular acceleration of a turbine rotating in the bidirectional flow and the flow direction are measured to determine a flow rate of the bidirectional flow, using the turbine rotating all the time along the same direction in the bidirectional flow.
