The turbine wheel 20 includes a boss 11 and a plurality of blades 12 radially arranged on the surface 11a of the boss 11, and rotates around a rotation axial line C by an effect that fluids flowing in the central direction from nozzles arranged so as to surround the external periphery of the boss flow out in the axial direction while changing directions of the flows. A padding part 21 for reducing a blade height of the blade 12 is formed from the vicinity of the front edge of the blade 12 toward the rear edge, and a recess 22 is formed between the blades 12 toward the inside of the radial direction.
