Abstract:
PURPOSE: To restrain reaction of a brake pedal small at turning control time by a compact device by actuating pumps only when fluid pressure is adjusted to the pressure increasing side by 9 pressure control valve when yaw motion control is performed when the brake pedal is operated.
CONSTITUTION: Pumps 16 and 17 are arranged in main brake pipe lines 5 and 6 extending from a master cylinder 1, and branch brake pipe lines 8, 9, 10 and 11 are branched off from the main brake pipe lines 5 and 6, and are connected to wheel brakes of respective wheels. Solenoid valves are respectively interposed in the middle of them, and the respective solenoid valves are composed of an inlet valve 12 and an outlet valve 13. At braking time when a brake pedal 3 is operated, and at yaw motion control time of a vehicle, only when fluid pressure is adjusted to the pressure increasing side by a pressure control valve, the pumps 16 and 17 are actuated. As a result, delivery pressure of the pump 16 or the pump 17 can be reduced at unnecessary time, and the brake pedal 3 is not returned.
