Abstract:
To provide a cutting method with use of a lathe by which deformation of a work-piece and damage of a surface can be avoided when chucking, and even for a work-piece in which areas with different diameters are continuous in an axial direction, an inner surface and an outer surface and an axis of each area can be equally processed with high precision, and a cutting jig.SOLUTION: A lathe-turning method for chucking only a jig which holds a cylindrical work-piece and cutting the work-piece includes an inner surface finishing process which is performed by pressure-clamping the work-piece in a rotation axis direction of the chuck by a jig for finishing an inner surface.
