Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turret control method for a remote controlled model preventing the turret from rotating unless intentionally operating an operation lever of the remote controlled model, and a device materializing the method easily.
SOLUTION: A processor 3 is so constituted that, when the turret is intended to rotate rightward, a throttle lever is tilted rearward to select a brake mode, a steering lever is tilted rightward, and signals corresponding to the rearward tilting quantity and the rightward tilting quantity are fed thereto via a receiver 2. When a determining means 9 determines it as the brake mode, drive motors 7, 8 are short-circuited and braked, a continuous time determining means 10 continues the brake mode state for a prescribed time. When the rightward tilt operation is determined to continue for a prescribed time, a PWM set value on the signal level according to the rightward tilting quantity is read by referring to the turret table 11, a PWM controller 4 generates PWM signals based on the PWM set values, and the PWM signals and the control signals from the processor 3 are fed to the drive motor 5 via a motor control circuit 6 to rotate the turret rightward.
