Abstract:
To enable monitoring of operation state which is needed in point of view of understanding recognition of images by human body.SOLUTION: A tuyere monitoring device 1 has a learning device 15 leaning relationship between images from a tuyere imaged by an imaging device 106 and operation states of a blast furnace, an image data acquisition part 21 for acquiring image data exhibiting images imaged by the imaging device 106 per a prescribed imaging interval, an operation state acquisition part 22 for acquiring the operation states of the blast furnace out put from the learning device responding to input of the image data to the learning device, an operation state estimation part 23 for estimating presence or absence of abnormality of the operation states of the blast furnace on the basis of operation states acquired by the operation state acquisition part, and a warning signal output part 24 for outputting a warning signal when abnormality is estimated to exist in the operation states of the blast furnace, in which the operation state estimation part 23 determines that most frequent operation state in a plurality of the operations states acquired over first unit time longer than imaging time as an operation state of the blast furnace in the first unit time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
