Abstract:
To provide a technique that efficiently shrinks a shrink tube used to fix artificial eyelashes for eyelash extension to eyelashes.SOLUTION: A tweezers device 1 is provided for applying a predetermined energy and shrinking artificial eyelashes for use in an eyelash extension to extend the length of the eyelashes. A pinching part 14 is capable of pinching artificial eyelashes every one of them.
