To provide a pair of tweezers used for adhering a narrow-width masking tape and the like which has also the function of cutting the tape and the like.

A blade is installed on the tip of one side (1) of a pair of tweezers, thereby providing tweezers with the function of cutting a tape and the like. In using this invention, the tape is placed between two sides of the tweezers with the side without the blade put below; the tape is stuck to the base on and on with the tweezers suitably controlled; cutting is carried out by clamping the tape between both sides of the tweezers and folding the tape and pulling it while applying it to the blade installed on the upper side of the tweezers.
