A tweezers body 1 has a forked arm 2, an emitting part 3 is provided at the tip of the arm 2 and a luminous part 4 is provided at a position apart from the emitting part 3 on the tweezers body 1, and is devised so that light made to emit from the luminous part 4 outgoes to the outside from the emitting part 3 through a light introducing part 5 by connecting the luminous part 4 and the emitting part 3 to each other by the light introducing part 5. Additionally, the luminous part 4 and the light introducing part 5 are buried in the tweezers body 1, and the light introducing part 5 is covered with a material the refractive index of which is lower than that of the light introducing part 5.
