To provide a pair of tweezers which positions an electronic component and holds it standstill while it is being worked, and also holds the electronic component with high dimensional accuracy in a suitable position on a substrate until the electronic component is fixed by soldering in soldering the electronic component on a printed circuit board.

The pair of tweezers includes: an elastic portion which is composed by an opposed pair of slender plate bodies 2, 2 having elasticity coupled in one end portion in a longitudinal direction; a grip portion which is an intermediate portion in which the pair of plate bodies 2, 2 is separated between them continuously to the elastic portion; and a nib prepared in the other end portion of the pair of plate bodies 2, 2 continuously to the grip portion, wherein in the nib portion, while the pair of tweezers is closed, a guide 7 is prepared, which opens toward the one side of the pair of tweezers, and at the same time, the front end side of which is the shape of opened recess.
