Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the package operation unit of a twill-wound package replacing device by arranging a moving distance limiting device on the twill- wound package replacing device, and providing a clamp mechanism, a brake pipe, and a stopper member.
SOLUTION: This twill-wound package replacing device has a moving distance limiting device 26. The rotary casing 5 of a thread lifter 4 is supported on a rotary support shaft 7 rotatably in a limited range and movably in the axial direction. The rotary support shaft 7 can be loaded in the specified state. A thread guide thin plate and an adjustable stopper 23 are arranged in the region of the rotary axis 22 of a thread lifter head 6. The stopper 23 faces the casing wall 48 of a winding section. A brake pipe 24 is connected to the rotary casing 5 of the thread lifter 4. The adjustable stopper member 23 is fitted to the casing wall 3 of the twill-wound package replacer package replacing device. The troublesome adjusting work is not required on each winding section in advance.
