Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary-wing aircraft excellent in performance and safety, by improvement in which a ducted fan type tail rotor blade can be applied to a large rotary-wing aircraft of which gross load is 7 tons or more.
SOLUTION: Two ducted fan type tail rotor blades are built into a rear end portion of a tail boom and a vertical tail of the rotary-wing aircraft to constitute a twin ducted fan type tail rotor blade.
