To provide a twin-screw extrusion molding machine in which a material to be treated is kneaded, compressed, and transferred in a transfer space by mesh rotation of a pair of screw shafts, discharged from a plurality of discharge port parts of a dies plate, the material to be treated is heated with a reduction in volume by frictional resistance due to the kneading, compression, and transfer in the transfer space and the dies plate, a resin component or the like contained in the material to be treated is melted, solidified and molded to be discharged from the discharge port part, and a feeding-out operation to the discharge port part by blade parts smoothly can be performed and wear damage of a cut-up part due to the material to be treated with the inner surface of the dies plate can be suppressed.
The twin-screw extrusion molding machine includes the casing 1, a pair of screw shafts 5, a drive mechanism 7, and the dies plate 11 having a plurality of discharge ports 12, wherein opposed surface parts 5e, 6e parallel to the inner surface of the dies plate are extended in the rear side of the rotational direction on the tip end cut-up parts 5d, 6d opposed to the dies plates of the blade parts.
