Abstract:
To provide a two-core parallel extra fine coaxial cable with a rectangular outer shield preventing insulator damage during terminal processing with a superior a shielding characteristic.
In the two-core parallel extra fine coaxial cable, two cores composed by covering inner conductors 1 by insulators 2 are arranged in a parallel contacting state and the parallel cores are covered by a braided shield 3. Rectangular conductors 5 are inserted between long axis sides of the parallel cores and the braided shield 3. A laser passing through the braided shield 3 during terminal processing is blocked by the rectangular conductors 5 and the insulators 2 are protected.
