To provide a high performance reliable two cylinder rotary compressor by reducing flexural deformation of a crankshaft while keeping high compressor efficiency due to reduction of mechanical loss as compared with conventional one.
This compressor is provided with a main shaft 3a fixed on an electric element 2, an auxiliary shaft 3b provided on an anti-electric element side, eccentric parts 7, 8 on the main shaft side and the auxiliary shaft side formed with a predetermined phase difference provided between the main shaft 3a and the auxiliary shaft 3b, and a crank shaft 3 provided between the eccentric parts 7, 8 of the main shaft side and the auxiliary shaft side, having cross section area in a direction perpendicular to the shaft larger than the cross section area in a direction perpendicular to the main shaft 3a and including main shaft side and auxiliary side intermediate shafts 13a, 13b having eccentricity to the eccentric part side of the main shaft side on the main shaft side and having eccentricity in the eccentric part of the auxiliary shaft side on the auxiliary shaft side. The crankshaft 3 satisfies at least the following conditions: (a) shaft diameter of the main shaft 3a > shaft diameter of auxiliary shaft 3; and (b) shaft diameter of the eccentric part 7 in the main shaft side > shaft diameter of the eccentric part 8 in the auxiliary shaft side.
