Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-liquid aqueous undercoating composition capable of forming an undercoating film having excellent adhesion to both an inorganic substrate and a top coating film.SOLUTION: There is provided a two-liquid aqueous undercoating composition containing a main agent and a curing agent, where the main agent contains a silicon-containing resin having at least one selected from the group consisting of an alkoxysilyl group, a group formed by a hydrolysis reaction of the alkoxysilyl group and a siloxane bond, and water, a ratio of silicon atoms constituting the resin contained in the main agent is 0.01-0.30 mass%, and the curing agent contains at least one silicon-containing compound selected from the group consisting of a curing catalyst, an organosilicate compound represented by formula of (RO)Si (here, R are each independently alkyl group having 1 to 4 carbon atoms), and a partial hydrolysis condensate and a modified product thereof.SELECTED DRAWING: None
