Abstract:
To provide a storage container which can maximize a storage amount without compressing a content, a lid for a storage container, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A storage container includes a flexible film, and a plastic-made hard frame, wherein the flexible film is made of a two-liquid type platinum-containing liquid silicone resin, and a method for manufacturing the lid for the storage container includes the following steps. S1: moving a primer to a plastic-made hard frame at room temperature in a clean room, S2: curing the primer under a temperature of 120°C to 150°C for 15 min to 20 min, S3: heating a mold to 125-145°C, S4: putting the plastic-made hard frame with the primer into a mold cavity, positioning the mold cavity, and closing the mold, S5: injecting a two-liquid type platinum-containing silicone resin into the mold cavity, curing the liquid silicone resin for 150 s to 200 s, and forming a flexible film in the plastic-made hard frame, and S6: opening the mold, and obtaining a lid for a storge container.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
