This two-pack cold-setting type urethane composition has a chief ingredient (A) which contains a urethane prepolymer obtained by reacting a polybutadiene polyol with a polyisocyanate and a curing agent (B) which contains the polybutadiene polyol, a polyether polyol, and an aminopolyether, wherein the aminopolyether has one or more amino acid groups and hydroxy groups in its molecule, a number-average molecular weight of the aminopolyether is 500 to 6000, and the aminopolyether is contained in an amount of 10.0-50.0 mol% based on a total amount in mol of the polybutadiene polyol, the polyether polyol, and the aminopolyether in the curing agent (B).
