Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-pressure control valve, which is self-held by supply pressure, and freely controllable at any time.
SOLUTION: In a normal condition, first and second spools 5, 6 are self-held by supply pressure at a closed center where all in-port 1, out-port 2, and exhaust port 3 are closed therebetween. When a second pusher 12 presses and moves the second spool 6, the in-port 1 and the out-port 2 are closed therebetween, the out-port 2 is communicated with the exhaust port 3, and this condition is self-held by means of supply pressure. When a first pusher 11 presses and moves the first spool 5, the in-port 1 is communicated with the out-port 2 and the out-port 2, the exhaust port 3 are closed therebetween, and then the first spool 5 is automatically reset by supply pressure to the closed center where all of the in-port 1, the out-port 2, and the exhaust port 3 are closed therebetween.
