Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a two-side opening door device not likely to go in failure and facilitate maintenance by opening and shutting a pair of doors interlockingly using a simple structure.
CONSTITUTION: A pair of doors 2 are installed under an upper rail 1. Door rollers 4 provided at the upper frame at the tops of the doors 2 are mounted on the upper rail 1 in such a way as traveling freely so that the doors 2 can be opened and shut to the left and right. Within the upper rail 1, a pair of racks 5 are mounted in such a way as traveling in the longitudinal direction of the upper rail 1, and a pinion 6 is interposed between the racks 5 so that they 5 are interlocked. The upper frame 3 of one of the doors 2 is coupled with one of the racks 5, while the upper frame 3 of the other door 2 is coupled with the other rack 5.
