Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a device capable of reducing transfer force of vibration from a vibration source where a plural number of frequencies are mixed with each other in various phases and applicable even in the case of a plural number of detectors and agitators.
CONSTITUTION: An agitator 7 is provided on an intermediate mass 2, and a force detector 6 is provided between a second vibrationproofing member 5 and a base 3. It is needless to know frequency or a phase of a vibration source 1 as an output signal of this force detector 6 is Fourier-transformed by a first computing means 11, a transfer function of an agitator 7 and the force detector 6 is acquired by a second computing means 12 inputting a Fourier-coefficient and the agitator 7 is controlled by a third computing means 13 inputting this t transfer function, and even in the case when damping of the vibrationproofing members 4, 5 is large or in the case when the number of the force detector 6 and the agitator 7 is plural, it is possible to extensively reduce transfer force, and a most useful device for industry is realized.
