The rotating force in one direction of the outer ring 3 is friction-transmitted via a first friction roller group R1 and a second friction roller group R2 to a center roller 1 to take the center roller 1 as an output shaft, and a change gear ratio is made different between the first friction roller group R1 side and the second friction roller group R2 side. At least the friction roller group R1 having a higher output rotating speed out of the first friction roller group R1 and the second friction roller group R2 can switch between friction transmission and releasing between the outer ring 3 and the center roller 1.
