TWO-TYPE STARTING SOLUTION MIXING METHOD AND ITS PERFORMING DEVICE

PURPOSE: To provide operating solution with an accurate mixture ratio by roughly mixing starting solution, measuring values for inside parameters and feedbacking the inside parameters.
CONSTITUTION: Two-type starting solution from containers 1, 1' are alternately absorbed into a common pipe passage 3 by a single pipe passage pump 2 and mixed to form operating solution and resulting mixture is uniformed. A mixture ratio is set in accordance with a connection cycle ratio of valves 4, 4' in starting solution absorbing conductors 5, 5'. In the determination of the mixture ratio, inside parameters are evaluated by a clear difference between both starting solution. As there is a mathematical relationship between the mixture ratio and the conductivity or electric resistance of the operating solution, the actual mixture ratio is accurately calculated after the conductivity or electric resistance is measured by a proper device 10.
